The Owners Of FTC Kitchen Have Been In The Food Industry For The Past 20 Years.

Together Bruce and Mary have been on a fast-moving path of success, starting with the Food Network and creating an award-winning national brand of marinades, sauces, and dips they developed and distributed nationwide. They have made several reality food shows and worked with leading TV Food Network celebrity chefs such as Duff Goldman, Guy Fieri, the Dean Brothers, Warren Brown, Paula Dean, Tyler Florence, Sara Moulton, and David Rosengarten.

An Unexpected Opportunity!

It started by being in the right place at the right time. 2009 opened the door to an opportunity one would never have expected. It all began with a gesture of kindness that led to a successful multi-location business driven by passion and love for the community in which FTC Kitchen now services.

Yes, It Sounds Like A Cliche

But it’s true, and Mary was asked to provide catered meals to a Substances Abuse group home out of her commercial kitchen in San Juan Capistrano. She realized how unique this industry was and how they desperately needed a specialty catering service to provide “nutritionist certified” meals for people with various dietary needs. Six months later, the FTC Kitchen was serving more than 300 clients daily, and the business keeps growing, currently with over 750 clients served daily. Meals are prepared and clearly labeled for those will medical conditions like diabetes, prescription drug interactions concerns, vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, as well those with needing gluten-free, low carb, low sodium, meat & dairy-free diets and/or allergy issues.
